Andy Gonzales

Andy Gonzales is a retired military veteran proudly beginning a new chapter of service as a
member of the team at NStar Realty. After years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, the U.S.
Marine Corps, and the Texas Army National Guard, Andy now brings his leadership, discipline,
and commitment to helping families and individuals achieve the dream of homeownership.
Throughout his military career, Andy served as a Staff Sergeant and Non-Commissioned Officer,
faithfully answering the call to serve his country and support those around him. His experience
taught him the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and service before self — values he now
carries into the real estate profession.

Andy believes that every life experience adds another “tool” to the rucksack we carry through
life. He uses this metaphor to describe both his military service and his educational journey in
the field of Education Technology. Each course, challenge, and experience became another
valuable piece of equipment preparing him for success in today’s evolving professional world.

In 2017, Andy attended the ITSE Conference & Expo in San Antonio alongside his wife of over
30 years. It was there that he discovered his passion for Education Technology and recognized
the growing opportunities to modernize and improve classroom learning environments for future
generations.

Driven by his dedication to continued service, Andy pursued a Master’s degree in Education
Technology, equipping himself with the skills needed to contribute both to education and to his
local community. Today, he combines his military background, educational experience, and
passion for helping others to guide clients through one of the most important decisions of their
lives — buying or selling a home.
